You don’t have to worry unless it’s very progressively increasing in size. In which case you will have to get it checked by skin expert. Otherwise, use a daily good quality moisturiser , for your baby face so that the white spot doesn’t increase. With proper moisturising, the spot will disappear in 3 to 4 months.

The white spots are usually due to dryness fungal infection skin related problems than a lot of times it could be just efficiency of calcium so till the time you’re not very sure about what maybe the reason you cannot go ahead with the treatment or applying any cream so check with your doctor for having a better clarity on the situation
