Q.

how i increased my child weight..she is 3 yr 4mnth old and her weight is only 12 kg..please suggest me some diet chart for her..from some days she is not intrestd in eating food only want banana n cashew..please suggest

A. hello. give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. give all family food.. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all.Babies need good fats like ghee, unsalted butter, coconut, etc. Normal cooking oil whichever the family uses can also be used. Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables.

A. You Should start with iron supplement for the child as of now I think it is deficiency of iron which is leading to this with an iron supplement and consult a nutritionist once regarding the same shall be able to give you correct diet plan in the meanwhile I’m going to advise you to go ahead with increasing the protein and carbohydrates intake for your child
