How do you calculate how much ml of Milk does the baby drink in one feed in order to determine how much milk to be expressed? What is the best time to express milk?

As per the age their is rough amount been suggested though a little variation is fine as every individual has their own capacity, so amount the baby can take comfortably without been forced can be given . Ideally try to pump before baby feed time so that their is no issue of storage
