how do we ensure our child is eating right

A. Dear mum, inculcate healthy eating habits in your child. Avoid outside foods, packaged and processed foods. Give a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Include variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, raisins, cashew nuts, dates. Add ghee to baby’s food.
