Similarly they are more interested in our plates rather that their own. Make their food intersting colourful, tell stories or rhymes while eating and let the eating be fun time for them and not a task time.
Prachi SolankiMom of a 5 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. Make your child love food. Never force feed. Stop when they spit out the food or turn away from the food. Let them come to you to ask for food. Eat your meal with them. Encourage them to eat themselves. Praise when they eat on their own. Eventually they will stop you from feeding them and ask that they feed themselves.

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Try giving finger foods in Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to your baby to encourage self eating. Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Give 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug massage oil.
