how do I increase my milk supply? my baby is not latching properly

A. hello mumma take shatavari power with lukewarm milk twise a day. and also use breast pump every 2 3 hours if baby is not latching

A. you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemade food xfrom cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily e as well as you can go for shatavari supplement which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation (eg lactonic granules, gaxlact granules etc ). you have to take all the supplements that is calcium iron folic acid which has been given by your doctor till you are continuing breastfeeding of the child.

A. You can take lactation supplements like Shatavari powder they are quite good to go ahead with for increasing the lactation you can take it three times in the day with warm milk and that is going to help in boosting up your lactation and it would be easier for the child to take a feed
