How can we take care my 4 months old baby from heat rash. please suggest Thank you in advance

A. Hi mom As ur baby is having heat rashes, keep the skin clean and dry and make your baby wear loose comfortable clothes in summers. Apply himalya prickly heat powder on the rashes. It will be fine. Take care
