how can we store expressed breast milk????? is it good to add breast milk in baby food ??

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent,you can store breast milk in the fridge in baby's feeder bottle or any good air tight container.
Also breast milk should be consumed with in 20 hours of express. Beyond that do not offer that to the baby.
And you can mix in the food. There is no problem. But try and give milk alone.
