How can we regulate screen time any tips?? need help

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. hello it would be better to first avoid the gadget especially during the main time and what you can planes you can give gadget for around 15 to 20 minutes maybe you can tell after the means and avoided especially during the meals and this way you can reduce the screen time
