how can we make ubtan for 8 months babies ?

Add besan, wheat floor, tumeric, milk and little oil in that. Mix it and make paste of it by adding water in it. Use ubtan only in summer.
Continue breastfeeding till 1 year and after. Start giving semi solid and solid food to baby. Give nuts once baby completes 1 year
