to store breastmilk ,you need breastpump and breastmilk storage bags.
so ,I would suggest to use Babyhug breastpump which is easy to use .
you can store breastmilk at room temperature for 4 hours
and if you store it in fridge , you can store it for 2 or 3 days.
so whenever you take out from fridge , don't give it directly , warm it first
for that ,take hot water in container , place the breastmilk bag or bottle in container for few minutes.
but please don't boils or heat it on stove.
