A. Hello dear parent! Maintain a good personal hygiene. It is important to take seasonal foods only. Increase your vitamin c intake after consulting your doctor. Regular steam inhalation helps. Good luck and take care.

A. try to keep constant temparature during day and night.For this use room heater during night time.
