Hi So before you quit breastfeeding is very important that your child should be used to having any other supplementary or complimentary meal that you want to give to the child and once your child get used to it it would be easier for you to quit breastfeeding in this case you first have to replace one breast feeding per day with another feeding and slowly gradually you can increase the number of feeding and reduced on breastfeeding at the very same time
