Q.

how can I restart feeding my baby after the break of a month earlier I tried to pump but the quantity was just 30-60ml and then I got sick due to which I was unable to feed my baby for a few days and now my milk supply is stopped.

A. You can start taking shatavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals drink at least 8 to 10 glades of water in a day eat a nutritious diet and also massage your breast towards nipple
