Q.
How can I overcome low Brest milk supply problem? I am eating protein rich food, also I have used lactare tablets and lactonic granuals.bbut there is no improvement in milk production.Is there any solution for this.

Sowmya MMom of 4 children3 years agoA. actually it completely depends on the food intake as well as the body nature also just tried to rest as well as take good natural homemade food items which includes lots of spices as well as green leafy vegetables and also check with your lactogen specialist once and a good hot fomentation bathing especially to the breast part also helps to increase the breast milk
