How can i measure my child's growth..whether she is growing according to the age or not?

Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Supplements like irojdn supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. Diet counselling is also very important .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. U. Can check it on Google as per WHO standards you’ll come to know what is the growth of the child because it mentions weight health height and every thing which is associated if your child is going as per WHO standards on an average than that is good
