reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged foods.
Have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources.
don't skip breakfast. have good water intake
at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily and have an active lifestyle.
Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps in losing weight.

* restrict sugar and sweet intake
* avoid oily and spicy foods
* keep your self well hydrated
* start with brisk walking or yoga or low intense exercise
