how can I know that my baby getting adequate milk?

A. if the weight gain of the baby is in the average range then you should not worry and consider that your milk is sufficient for the baby e and get get a clinical assessment done by your child doctor

A. You Always should see how much is your child gaining every month minimum of 300 to 400 g gain every month is considered good it is going to show you that your child is gaining proper weight okay so that is what is the best way to know whether sufficient or not
