How can I help my baby develop healthy eating habits so that he will enjoy his semi solid foods?

A. Dear Mum, do not force feed and let baby explore different textures flavours and types of food. let baby regulate the quantity. you can start giving finger foods. avoid foods that can choke like grapes, nuts and raw carrot pieces. give pieces of soft fruits like banana, chickoo, foods like idli, dhokla (fermented foods are healthy) , besan chila.

A. Introduce different types of fruits to ur baby which r soft and easy to eat like banana, strawberry, apple slices etc. Start introducing semi solid fud in form of purees nd u can also start giving him slurp farm cereals like apple, banana mixes

A. Yes Slowly slowly babies start liking the taste f their fud. So u can ffer ur baby varieties of semi solid fud n fruits. I'm also giving Slurrp farm cereals to my baby. These products are free from sugar and preservatives
