Hello mom Depends upon what sort of foods you expose the child on regular basis try to give as much as possible home-cooked food for them instead of using ready to eat instant mixes in cooperating various other food groups like Seasonal fruits and vegetables,dry fruits , milk and products, legumes ,lentils etc
