Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. take proper diet and homemade food and this will help in improving the breast milk formation as well as nutrition and give only breastfeeding to the child till completion of 6 months of age

Seema shekharMom of 2 children4 years agoA. First of all breast milk itself is very good for babies if possible one should continue breastfeed till 2 year pediatrician also revommend for the same. eat more and more healthy food avoid junk, stress free keep yourself well hydrated.
