grains and millets - 3 to 4 servings
pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings
seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving
fruits - 1 serving
milk and milk products 500ml
sugar 4 tsp
oil 5 tsp
control intake of processed and packaged foods.
Encourage outdoor physical activities.

But daily feed minimum 5-6 weight gaining ingredients to your child and after a healthy meal allow your child to rest rather than allowing to play.
