How can I convince my 3 year to drink milk

you can do this by drinking milk with your child.
try different flavors like kesar milk, fig milkshake, dates milk, milk with honey etc
buy special cup or glass as per your child choice for this.
or you can offer it in toy cup also.
maintain good hygiene.
