Maam you just have to understand what is troubling you and if you are ready or if you’re mentally sorted to deal with that problem that it would be easier for you to deal with your emotions you have not given any details about yourself but the emotions that you generate are basically not the basis of the situation that you are going through so if you be determined and strong to deal with your situation mentally then I think half of your battle is won that way
