Maam you can consult a lactation specialist they will tell you how to breastfeed the child directly in general we suggested to keep the child in your lap if you want you can pillow under use of feeding pillow or keep a pillow under the body of your child keep the head in the elevated position by putting a hand underneath and feed accordingly
