How 3.1 yr old toddler is a fussy eater and off late his weight is stuck in 12.5 kg , earlier he had good weight we use to give him tenoferon drops if his diet goes down shld we consider giving him now ? tenoferon drops or syrup ? and wat dose is good ? plz advise

So Basically it is an iron supplement that you were giving so it seems like your child is having deficiency of iron in the body so you can start with a supplement again the dosage will be according to the current weight of your child so you can ask your doctor what would be the appropriate one and also consult a nutritionist start giving more of iron rich food and food to the child
