Start With turmeric and black pepper milk twice a day and very very mild quantity apart from that give good amount of citrus fruits coconut water soup all kind of fruits like papaya oranges grapes watermelon keep your child very well hydrated soups you can give to the child all these things are very good to go for and apart from that always make sure that you’re giving fresh food to the child ever both the times and something which is your child can easily digest
