ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. To prepare homemade cerelac for 7 months old baby, take 3 parts of washed and dried rice and 1 part dal. Powder and store it in an airtight container. Then this powder can be roasted with ghee to which mashed vegetables can be added, or can cook with milk.
