Odia good morning this is the time where you have to focus on having more of proteins and lots of fluids in your diet so every meal that you are consuming should comprise of a protein like a Katori of Dal curd it can be paneer sometimes you can even include she is if you are add ETA include eggs in your diet that are a very good source of protein full cream milk milkshake nuts and dried fruits also include some Chia seeds everyday
