I am suffering with low back for few months I am trying to get pregnent, is back pain effect my pregnent , pls give clarity on this

You should have proper consultation with your treating doctor , as some examination or investigations may be needful, so that proper medications can be given And the treatment can be done very properly. get checkup done.
