Make sure you follow healthy Lifestyle. Eat foods cooked at home. include lot of vegetables, fruits, protein rich foods like dal, pulses, milk, egg in meals.
Avoid sugar, sweets, junk & fried foods
Exercise daily for 30 minutes atleast

is your cycle on time..
as because of pcos, irregular period there will be weight gain..
consult the doctor..
start with exercise, yoga or brisk walking..
take care of diet restrict sugar sweet intake, avoil oily and spicy foods, drink plenty of water..
