hlw I m having sever headache from last night....from the beginning a lot of acidity is also produced.i m not able to understand what should I do ...plz tell me something

A. hi you may take dolo tablet. keep your self well hydrated try to take rest . chew some mint leaves with pinch of salt and two drops of ginger juice.
