Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for mguscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids and give propher breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

Did You Get out I do it as done for yourself because that would be one of the reasons because of that Women loose or do a lot of weight after their delivery so first get a thyroid test done because if you do not have thyroid that you consult a nutritionist for a proper help on this
