ExpertPrachiteeNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello Mom! Give your child small and frequent meals instead of heavy, large meals. Avoid giving packed foods, bakery products, chocolates and junk food. Give her home made, healthy foods which are tasty too. Plan different activities for her make sure she's physically active throughout the day, monitor her sleep schedule and water intake.
Give her foods like - sprouts uttapam, paneer cutlet, seasonal fruits, palak paratha, soya chuck sandwich, dal/ lentil soup.

yoga
restrict the sugar and sweet intake
avoid oily and spicy foods
keep baby well hydrated
