Hello ma’am Just give good amount of water to your child for the time being and do consult your doctor ones because if your child is having vomiting and your child has become a target because of that and losing out on to the energy then it could be due to either indigestion or stomach infections of without consulting the doctor it’s very difficult to suggest a medicine
