Give High protein, calorie rich foods fruits and vegetables puriees, mashes, cerelac, porridges...
Banana, mango, potato, beans, peas, cerelac with pulses, grains dry fruits and nuts powder, idly, ghee, cheese, butter, curd, paneer, dry fruits and nuts powder in kheer, porridge, kheer , soya helps in increasing weight.
