A. dear mum, it is normal for babies to vomit milk from nose at times. burp baby after every feed. keeping the head and chest at a level higher than stomach helps to reduce the chances of vomit. if baby is active, alert and passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, gaining adequate weight then you should not worry.
