hlo sir my daughter is new born she is suffering from loosemotion and her stomach is hard pls tell me what to do??

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated withoh fever and vomriting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
