Give her small and frequent meals. Include superfoods like sweet potato, banana, spinach, almonds, paneer, ragi, sprouts etc. Also, add nutritious snacks like peanut ladoo, aloo tiki, dry fruit chikki, makhana etc.

Include egg, ghee, dry fruits, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, Banana shake, potatoes, rice, chicken etc in ur baby's diet for weight and height gain
