ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. baby is 4 month it may be eczema It's hard to comment upon without proper examination it would be better if you consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

yes , young babies have sensitive and delicate skin
so it is normal for them to get rashes easily
please avoid using any cosmetics for now
or if you want to use choose baby friendly brand like Babyhug brand skin care products for your child.
choose right size , Cotton clothes for your child.
keep your child in well vantileted room.
