hlo sir , I have twin baby boys.Now they are 5 years old.they get sick in one or two months like fever ,cold and cough .what should I do to strong their immunity .

A. if the baby is having symptoms of cold cough and infection repeatedly than you better should consult your doctor and get a Thor examination done to know the cause also give flu vaccine every year
