hlo my daughter is 5 months old ...uske forehead pe bhut dryness hui hai ek side kuch dinu se aur wahan pe skin kaafi rough hui ...maine lotion bhi lagaya leiken itna farak nai hua aur wo dryness purre forehead pe ho rhe the fr maine powder lagaya usse thoda farak hua...ap bol sakte hai kisse farak hogi aur ye kyun hota hai ...

If This is just due to dryness and you sure about it than News NMFE vitamin E cream or Cetaphil lotion either of the two were going to be very good option to go for but I would actually say if it is just dryness then NMFE vitamin E cream would definitely be a better choice to go for
