hlo...my baby boy is 2.7 yrs old but not speaking,just babbling sometimes but not saying proper word...what to do...nd all time he is hyperactive means full of energy...crying at night time,less sleep he has...why?..nd .what to do...?

A. if the baby is happer active you had to give occupational therapy to the baby it will take some time for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
