hlo my baby 13 week old. i found blood in his stool. its very thin layer blood. he is active, feeding well, urin output is also good. please tell me this is normal or not. he got pnemonia when he is 17 days old..20 days before also i found same thin blood. after that it stop again from yesterday i saw from 10 stools 3 stool has blood. 1 is yesterday it stop again today back to back 2 times
