Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. no problem you can use Vicks VapoRub Cold and cough in the babies are because of viral infections which will take at least five to six days time to subside it is advisable to do steam inhalation frequently to liquefy the secretions as well put nasoclear saline drops in the nose of the baby

Give warm water and warm freshly prepared homemade foods. If the problem is severe better consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice.
