hlo mam the children who drink the milk night time they should eat less dinner mam

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom nothing like that but yes balance have to be maintained . Like give a filling dinner and maintain a time gap and then offer milk . So that it is not too much loads for him

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello good evening !! Always feed lighter Dinner and that to be fed early before 6-7pm because to avoid indigestion issues. Night before sleep in the middle of the night give milk. Mashed rice with dal/sabji, Roti or kichdi, pulav, Dalia , vegetable kichdi or pulav, upma with salad or soups.
