Hi mam, please share the late night dinner recipes for my 20 months old kid and also he drinks milk (buffalo milk) throughout the night.is it good ?

A. You’re not supposed to give food late in the night to the child it is not good for them because they cannot process and digest the food so giving milk is just completely alright still if you’re looking for something good that you can generally feed in the night as a regular food that you prepared for your whole family otherwise Khichdi would be a good option
