Sonam PatelMom of a 7 m old girl2 months agoA. Hi mommy, white patches could be due to extreme dryness. I remember facing this with my son during winters and the pediatrician asked us to use Dermexa range from Aveeno. This range has baby wash and cream. The wash is gentle and protects the natural barrier of skin. Both the products are fragrance free and these are clinically proven to be suitable for eczema prone or atopy prone skin too.
