Q.

Hlo mam my baby is not latching properly so i gave her formula milk in bottle my milk quantity in starting is 30 ml from each brest then decreasing now my baby is 3 months old my milk supply is very low probably no .is it possible to increase my milk supply during this time by any efforts so by pumping i get the milk because my baby is not latching properly

A. dear mum, yes, you can try increasing your milk supply. Foods like methi, green leafy veg, tree gum or gond, dill leaves or shepu, garden cress seeds, saunth, garlic intake can help increase the milk supply.
