hlo mam muje apne bare me question hai muje periods related question hai i have one baby after delivery 1 month muje periods start ho gye the but every month date change hai for example 1 month 29 2nd moth 27 3rd month 25 and next to next month date chage hoker muje periods aa rhe hai isme koi problem to nhi plz tell me

The best treatment to have Regular periods is by having a healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking or jogging along with mild exercise and meditation whenever possible. as medications will only act till you are taking them
